**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Product Development Specialist to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our Engineering Governance organisation, you will play a critical role in determining the basis of certification for our expanding portfolio of world-class Mission Critical and Flight Safety Involved Airborne Systems.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with our engineering teams to develop security and engineering management plans, leading to qualification and accreditation for service. You will also provide specialist, subject matter advice to Integrated Product Teams within the line of business, while collaborating with your fellow Product Cyber Resilience Managers (PCRMs) across the enterprise.

As a **Cybersecurity Product Development Specialist**, you will be responsible for determining product cyber resilience objectives through security risk management techniques and working with engineering teams to achieve those objectives through architecture and design. You will also be involved in training and mentoring RATS engineering staff on cyber resilience as an issue.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and certification of cutting-edge airborne systems, applying innovative technologies such as AI/ML, Autonomy, High-assurance multicore processing, Electro-Optics, and Model Based Systems Engineering. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Determine product cyber resilience objectives through security risk management techniques
  • Work with engineering teams to achieve those objectives through architecture and design
  • Provide specialist, subject matter advice to Integrated Product Teams
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Cyber Resilience Managers across the enterprise
  • Train and mentor RATS engineering staff on cyber resilience

**Requirements:**

  • Practical experience of developing a security or safety risk management system for complex products based on a recognised framework
  • Practical experience of the System Development Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle, V-Models, and Agile frameworks
  • Effective and flexible communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer:
