Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Assistant. This role involves providing essential support to a client who leads an active lifestyle, ensuring their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Care Assistant, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting a male client with a spinal cord injury in his home.
  • Providing personal care, which encompasses assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Supporting with mobility and handling, as well as performing household tasks and engaging in social activities.

Work Schedule

The position offers:

  • Flexible bank assignments, with opportunities to work across various care packages.
  • Assignments typically lasting around two weeks.
  • A zero-hour contract arrangement.
