Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to join our team at Christ The King Residential Care Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of care services.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Service User Care: Ensure the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical, and material needs of our residents are recognized, assessed, and met.
  • Finance and Administration: Manage the care home's budget, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
