Job Title: Care Home Manager

At Ventry Care Homes, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in North London Waltham Forest.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the overall management and operation of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to our residents.
  • Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized care and support for each resident.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage the care home's budget, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Requirements:

  • Experienced registered manager or deputy manager with NVQ 5/RMN or QCF completed or enrolled.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of care standards, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
