Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager

Location: North London Whetstone

Job Type: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (45 hours)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Residential Care Home Manager to join our team at Ventry Care Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the care home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and best practice
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient running of the care home
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and support for residents

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with NVQ 5/RMN or QCF completed or enrolled
  • Experience in a care home management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
