At Gold Care Homes, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Our residential home, Alan Morkill House, is a haven of comfort and community, where every individual can thrive.

Located in a serene setting, our home offers 49 bespoke studio flats, each designed to provide a sense of belonging and independence. Our residents enjoy a range of amenities, including shared sitting rooms, kitchens, and beautifully maintained gardens.

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional cleaning services to all allocated rooms, including furniture, fittings, and equipment
  • Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in our bathrooms and toilets, adhering to guidelines for the control of germs and infestation
  • Ensuring that all rooms are free from odors and unpleasant smells
  • Staying up-to-date with our health and safety policies, including the COSHH statement
  • Managing waste disposal and adhering to prescribed protocols
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant care standards regulations
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the trust placed in us by our residents and their families

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team. While experience in a similar role or industry is preferred, it is not essential. What is crucial is your ability to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
