About The Role

Customer Service - A People-Centric Approach

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge and expertise to maximize upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage customer orders from initial inquiry to post-hire feedback, ensuring seamless customer journeys and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Continuously improve service delivery and processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, with a focus on driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Good level of computer literacy, with experience using MS Office packages and willingness to learn new IT systems.
