About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Radius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience with sales software and technology
