Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage customer onboarding and retention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Deal with customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements:
- Experience in a team leadership role, preferably in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage own workload effectively and support the line manager
- Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and business CRM platforms
