Sales Team Lead Opportunity
Location: York, UK
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Radius. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for the ongoing line management of up to 7 FTE sales consultants, focusing on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage customer onboarding and retention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Deal with customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements:
- Experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets
- Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and business CRM platforms
