About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Radius. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth
- Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
