About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Director to join our team at Radius. As a Sales Team Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
