Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Director to join our team at Radius. As a Sales Team Director, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a track record of driving sales growth and performance
