This is an exciting role that combines account management, new business development, and 'door knocking' to identify new sales opportunities. As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales prospects, and driving revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a proven track record in field sales or account management. If you have a strong sales conviction, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company with a £1.25 billion turnover, and receive comprehensive training and development from an award-winning sales coach. You will also be supported by a dedicated telesales team to help generate leads and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new sales prospects and develop business opportunities
  • Conduct 'door knocking' and 'door stepping' to identify new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the telesales team to generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management
  • Strong sales conviction and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in passing background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors, and DBS checks
