About the Role

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with a dedicated sales team and receive comprehensive training and mentoring from a renowned sales coach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local area
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £37,000, uncapped earning potential, and a range of benefits including a £5,000 car allowance, comprehensive training, and rapid career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management
  • Strong B2B sales ability and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed
  • Confidence in passing background checks, including adverse credit history and DBS checks
