Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Executive to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business within independent venues, while maintaining relationships with current accounts in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the hospitality or spirits industry. You will be heavily involved in networking and establishing relationships with key accounts, and will be responsible for growing distribution of products across the current account base.
We offer a competitive salary, plus a bonus and company car. You will also receive private medical cover, 27 days of holiday plus bank holidays, daily lunch and drinks allowances, childcare support, and a generous employer pension contribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business within independent venues
- Maintain relationships with current accounts in the region
- Grow distribution of products across the current account base
- Develop and increase brand awareness of products
- Maximise sales through educating customers on the company brand
Requirements:
- Field sales experience ideal
- A hospitality/sales background will be considered at Assistant Manager/General Manager level
- Highly organised and good time management
- Great team player and culture add
