Sales Team Lead

Radius is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of outbound sales consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Drive team performance to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Team Supervisor/Team Leader role with a strong track record of sales performance.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in sales software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
