About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Radius. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members
