Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to lead our Human Resources team at Kent College, Canterbury. As the Head of HR, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of a high-quality Human Resources service across the school.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must have a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with HR practices.

The Position

The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including evenings and weekends as required), full year.
