Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the operational readiness of the fleet to efficiently meet business demands.
2. Spearhead initiatives aimed at automating routine processes and incorporating innovative technologies.
3. Supervise all health and safety measures, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
4. Formulate and implement strategic plans that foster operational enhancements and business growth.

Qualifications:
