In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence their daily operations and long-term strategic objectives. Your proficiency in fleet oversight, process enhancement, and team leadership will steer them towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the operational readiness of the fleet to efficiently meet business demands.
2. Spearhead initiatives aimed at automating routine processes and incorporating innovative technologies.
3. Supervise all health and safety measures, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
4. Formulate and implement strategic plans that foster operational enhancements and business growth.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to pinpoint new business prospects and improve profitability.

Qualifications:
