The role is office-based in Canterbury, with a salary of £36,000-£42,000 per year. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry in the UK is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish performance indicators with managers and review processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support employees to improve performance and progress through career paths, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Identify training needs and conduct sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide administrative support for compensation, benefits, and pension schemes, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
