About Our Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take the helm as Care Home & Village Manager across two facilities in Ashburton, Coldstream Lifecare & Princes Court. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of our care homes, including the provision of quality care and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and commercial acumen to deliver high-quality care and increase occupancy.
  • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including residents, families, and staff.
  • Ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being and ensuring a better every day.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate leadership and management experience, ideally in aged care or with transferable skills from related industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
  • Sound commercial acumen and financial management capabilities, coupled with proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving.
