We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Lark View Care Home, a luxury 64-bed care facility located on the outskirts of Canterbury, Kent.
About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support residents with dementia, using our person-centered approach to care
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £13
- A contracted 38.5-hour week, with opportunities for overtime
- A comprehensive pension scheme
- 5.6 weeks annual leave

Requirements
We are ideally looking for a Senior Care Assistant with NVQ Level 3 qualifications, but we will consider experienced Care Assistants who are passionate about gaining further qualifications.
