About the Role
As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be a reliable, friendly, and professional team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
Main Duties will include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Encouraging and supporting the well-being of residents
- Assisting residents with all activities of daily life
