We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at Chaucer House in Canterbury, Kent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and promoting a stimulating and caring environment, ensuring that each service user receives high-quality nursing care and support appropriate to their individual needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of health care assistants in the delivery of clinical and social care interventions, using a person-centred approach to care practice.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring that each service user receives the highest level of care and support.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of high-quality care.
