Avante Care & Support is a registered charity providing care and support services to older people through our nursing and dementia care homes and home care services.
We are seeking a Registered General Nurse to join our team at Chaucer House in Canterbury, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to our residents, working alternate weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical leadership and nursing care practice, promoting a stimulating and caring environment for our residents.
2. Ensure that each service user receives nursing care and support appropriate to their individual assessed needs, clearly evidenced on the care plan.
3. Lead and assess Health Care Assistants in the delivery of clinical and social care interventions, using a person-centred approach to care practice.
