**About the Role**
We are seeking a professional Duty Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of retirement living communities. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our development, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the care and support teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring high-quality care and support services are delivered
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
**Requirements**
- Experience of working in a care or support environment, with excellent care skills
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
