Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Lark View Care Home in Canterbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and serving, and medication management
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being

Requirements:
