Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team at Lark View Care Home in Canterbury. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with dementia, nursing, palliative, and respite care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.
  • A contracted 38.5 hours per week, including night shifts.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in care or equivalent experience.
