Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.
  • Flexible hours: Dayshift - Contracted to 22 / 33 / 38.5 & 44 hours per week - Minimum contracted hours we can offer is 22 hours.
  • Pension.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave.
  • Paid DBS.
  • Uniform provided.
Requirements:
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A genuine interest in working with the elderly.
