Job Title: Care AssistantWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.
- Flexible hours: Dayshift - Contracted to 22 / 33 / 38.5 & 44 hours per week - Minimum contracted hours we can offer is 22 hours.
- Pension.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Paid DBS.
- Uniform provided.
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- A genuine interest in working with the elderly.
