Senior Casework Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operational arm, responsible for the management, development, and maintenance of our legal advice output.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the expansion of our in-house Casework team and external outreach programme, including the potential tendering and management of a legal aid contract.
The post-holder will also maintain a small caseload of more complex legal matters and be a level 3 registered OISC Caseworker (or equivalent LSC accredited advisor/Solicitor).
The role will be based at our main office in Leeds with a mix of in-office and remote working possible.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop our legal advice output, including the expansion of our in-house Casework team and external outreach programme.
- Lead the tendering and management of a legal aid contract, if applicable.
- Maintain a small caseload of more complex legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Level 3 registered OISC Caseworker (or equivalent LSC accredited advisor/Solicitor).
- Proven experience in casework management and development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
