About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casework Officer to join our team at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). As a key member of our Licensing and Regulation team, you will play a crucial role in processing new and variation applications for goods vehicle and public passenger vehicles operator licenses and bus registrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new and variation applications for goods vehicle and public passenger vehicles operator licenses and bus registrations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage a caseload of competing deadlines and tasks, prioritizing and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and offering advice and assistance where possible.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared objectives and goals.
Requirements
