Job Title: Women's Specialist Trainer Caseworker

St Giles Trust is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Specialist Trainer Caseworker to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Assured Peer Advice courses and providing one-to-one holistic support to women leaving prison.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious charity that helps people facing adversity to find jobs, homes, and the right support they need. As a Women's Specialist Trainer Caseworker, you will be working with women aged 18 years and above, providing comprehensive and holistic assessments, advice, referrals, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and create support plans
  • Experience of supporting women facing disadvantage and ability to support people with multiple and complex needs
  • Experience of using and developing monitoring systems to record all aspects of the project
  • Understanding of the criminal justice system in the UK and issues faced by our client group
  • Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
  • A flexible, professional, and collaborative approach to your work
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, verbal and written
