About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Specialist Caseworker to join our team at St Giles Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and holistic assessments, advice, referrals, and support to women aged 18 years and above.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs, create support plans, and complete risk assessments
  • Experience of supporting women facing disadvantage and ability to support people who have multiple and complex needs
  • Experience of using and developing monitoring systems to record all aspects of the project
  • Understanding of the criminal justice system in the UK – issues faced by our client group, in particular barriers faced by women with multiple complex needs
  • Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
  • A flexible, professional, and collaborative approach to your work
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, verbal and written
