Palliative Care Specialist

St Gemma's Hospice is seeking a skilled professional to deliver holistic care and support patients in a community setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to current service developments.
You will need:
- Significant experience at Band 5 working in specialist palliative care or caring for palliative care patients in a community or hospital setting
- Experience and knowledge of symptom management
- Ability to communicate effectively in complex clinical situations and with colleagues
- Desire to be part of a flexible and ambitious multi-disciplinary team
- A driving licence and access to a car for work-related purposes
