Drive Possession Claims Forward as a Litigation Caseworker at Walker Morris LLP
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Caseworker to join our dynamic Recoveries department. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and progressing possession claims through the County Court, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse caseload of files, expertly guiding them through each stage of the court proceedings under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
- Contribute to fee-earning activities by undertaking essential tasks such as matter creation and meticulous document review.
- Effectively handle various applications and communications with clients and other parties involved in the legal process, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
Previous experience in mortgage possession proceedings is highly desirable. While a legal degree is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
