We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Caseworker to join our dynamic Recoveries department. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and progressing possession claims through the County Court, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of files, expertly guiding them through each stage of the court proceedings under the guidance of senior legal professionals.
  • Contribute to fee-earning activities by undertaking essential tasks such as matter creation and meticulous document review.
  • Effectively handle various applications and communications with clients and other parties involved in the legal process, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
What We Look For:

Previous experience in mortgage possession proceedings is highly desirable. While a legal degree is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
