We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Case Manager | Senior Insolvency Administrator to join our team at GGT Insolvency Recruitment.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a rapidly growing insolvency practice based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own casework from inception to closure, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of IPS, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Produce high-quality reports, utilizing strong writing skills to effectively communicate complex information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
- Establish and maintain personal networks, identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in insolvency, with a proven track record of managing complex casework.
- Strong working knowledge of IPS and related industry software.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop junior staff.
- First-class communication and interpersonal skills.
