Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO and Executive Team's diaries, resolving scheduling conflicts
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives, including international travel, visas, and transportation
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion
- Coordinate and distribute monthly and quarterly board papers and agendas
- Liaise regularly with Senior Management team members and assist with scheduling
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other documents in support of organisational objectives
- Screen incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to information requests
- Maintain excellent communication and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting an executive team
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple diaries across different time zones
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
