Unlock Your Potential as a CRM and Data Executive

As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a vital role in optimising push notification campaigns to drive player engagement and boost commercial performance. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you work to maximise ROI and personalise real-time communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties on a rotational basis, covering evenings and weekends to ensure real-time campaign delivery during key live events.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of data-driven Live CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement through real-time communications during key gaming events.
  • Help optimise push notification campaigns to improve player experience and contribute to commercial success.
  • Support data analysis efforts to track campaign performance, helping to maximise ROI and ROE, and enhance player engagement.
  • Assist in tracking budgets and performance targets for Live CRM campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and helping to meet objectives.
  • Help with the design and execution of automated customer journeys for live events and promotions, contributing to campaign effectiveness and profitability.
