About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team at Ways to Wellness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote our services and achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute a range of marketing and communications campaigns to promote our services and engage with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver tailored communications and marketing plans for our pilots and prototypes.
  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging communications materials, including reports, promotional materials, and social media graphics.
  • Develop and apply our brand, including key messages and style guide, to ensure messages are consistent.
  • Monitor performance against our objectives and provide reports and updates to our Board, Chief Executive, and staff team as required.

Requirements

  • Significant experience of operating at a senior level in terms of communications, marketing, public relations, and journalism.
  • Experience of managing and working with a wide range of stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Experienced manager, able to support, guide, and develop team members.
  • Evidence of successfully managing complex projects on time and to budget.
  • Experience of writing copy, editing, and proofreading for a range of audiences.
  • Experience of producing reports, promotional materials, social media graphics, and other marketing products using industry-standard software and programs.
  • Experience of using coordinated social and other digital media as primary tools for marketing and communications.
  • Experience of using analytics and other monitoring techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of on- and off-line communications and marketing.
  • Understanding of equality and diversity, including knowledge of creating accessible content for a diverse range of audiences.
  • Be up to date with current marketing and communications best practice.
  • Experience of working with external consultants to deliver objectives.
  • Good IT/digital skills, including MS Office, CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media platforms, and InDesign and Photoshop experience.
  • CMS and website content management experience.
