About the Role

Sunblink Ltd-GRN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through new business development and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and freight industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Work closely with the operations team to deliver smooth implementation of new business
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline and its implications on budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and utilize sales leads via phone, email, and face-to-face visits
  • Monitor market conditions and development potential
Requirements
  • Direct sales experience within logistics and freight, both in terms of new business development and account management
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, sales lead tools, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of sales cycle process and the method of 'selling a solution'
  • Experience in selling road transport solutions
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + performance-related bonuses
