Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Diving deep into market and user needs to ensure product-market fit.
- Articulating product and vision as a trusted advisor.
- Managing client relationships daily, ensuring delivery, training, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and analytics to enhance product delivery.
- Advocating for the user and product, driving growth and impact.
- Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, engaging in various aspects of the business.
Requirements:
Top-line Requirements:
- 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience with a focus on setting up or heavily involved in setting up Customer Success functions and best practices.
Preferred:
Market knowledge in retail, CPG, sports, or ticketing.
Experience in SAAS and startup scale-up environments.
Familiarity with customer research methodologies.
