Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join our team at Monstera Talent Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
