About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer voice initiative. As the Head of Customer Voice, you will be responsible for championing our customers' needs and ensuring their voice is heard and acted upon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic customer insight and continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to effect change and improve customer experience
  • Present data and insight to various audiences, including Board level
  • Lead on corporate performance frameworks and interpret Government and Regulatory Policy and guidance
  • Manage data and insight teams

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar role, operating at a senior level to influence change
  • Experience of presenting data and insight to a variety of audiences
  • Experience of leading on corporate performance frameworks
  • Knowledge of Ombudsman and regulatory requirements
