Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team as a Chef at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and work collaboratively with our experienced chefs to deliver high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of the head or senior chef.
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure service runs smoothly.
  • Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Basic food-handling skills are desirable, but not essential if you are willing to learn.
  • Previous kitchen experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Willing to learn new skills, Health & Safety, Health & Hygiene, Food Safety.
