The Role of a Mobile Branch Colleague

As a Mobile Branch Colleague, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers across multiple locations, providing exceptional communication and customer service, and driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy at a regional level to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty
  • Run the HSS dedicated area within partnering Builder's Merchants, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Support key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure innovative and forward-thinking approach

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked)
