About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Branch Colleague. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategy at a regional level to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty
  • Run the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where possible
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Support key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure innovative and forward-thinking approach

Requirements
  • Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service, and eager to assist
  • Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
  • Proactive and positive outlook, with a solution-driven approach
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
  • Hold a valid driver's license (you will operate a van)
Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm (with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked)
