Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and mentoring, and driving improvements to our customer service experience.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Services to drive business objectives and goals
  • Manage and coordinate customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service team leadership, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage and coordinate customer service teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities
