Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure they deliver a world-class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of a world-class customer service experience
  • Field calls and emails from customers, dealing with issues and complaints, and being the first point of contact for escalations or concerns

Requirements:

  • Customer service team leading experience
  • Experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing customer service teams
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
