About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Department Administrator to join our team at Tersus Consultancy. As a key member of our Health and Safety Department, you will provide administrative support to our CDM Consultants, Health and Safety File Coordinators, and Fire Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Type and check CDM and Fire Department documents using Microsoft Office Package.
  • Site Safety Inspection Reports: Process and issue site safety inspection reports, Pre-construction Information, and other CDM Department documents.
  • Fire Risk Assessment Reports: Process fire risk assessment reports and allocate to the relevant Validator.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and keep records of all work completed.
  • General Administration: Complete any task given by the Safety Department, including general admin duties such as photocopying, scanning, and uploading information to Ultimate Manager.
  • ISO 9001:2015 System: Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 system, including recording of non-conformances.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Initiative and Prioritization: The ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • IT Skills: A good level of IT skills.
  • Construction Industry Knowledge: Previous knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
